Order Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, processing will begin immediately. You can expect to receive your merchandise within 4 to 12 business days after payment is completed. While items may arrive sooner, we provide a maximum timeframe to account for any unforeseen circumstances.

If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will offer you the option to select an alternative product or receive a full refund. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email.

Standard delivery orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and the expected delivery date. Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

You will receive two emails after placing your order:

1. Order Confirmation – Confirms that your order has been received and accepted.

2. Shipping Confirmation – Includes your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Item Out of Stock

Our system does not allow the purchase of out-of-stock items. However, we encourage you to email us with any items of interest. Our online shop is a new venture for our team, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to refine our processes.

Return Policy

In-store purchases can ONLY be returned or exchanged in person within 7 days of purchase.

Online Purchase Returns

Returns or exchanges for online orders must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange for a different size:

a. Contact our customer support team via e-mail at  Willowandzoeyboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

b. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size.

c. Our team will verify the availability of the requested size and guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. If returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Eligibility and Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we can discuss an exchange for a different item or offer store credit if preferred.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the return of the original item and the shipment of the exchanged item.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, personalized, or altered items.
  • Final sale items.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
